Terms and Conditions
1. Shipping: Any order that is UNDER $125.00 is assessed a Fixed shipping rate of $28.50. Any order that is OVER $125.00 is usually subject to a discount. Therefore, shipping is actually cheaper when you order more. To save money on shipping charges make sure your items add up to over $125.00 !
2. Order Timing: Orders take 3-10 Business days to process. This does not include UPS transit times. However, most orders are processed and delivered within 7-10 business days. There are exceptions, and you MUST respond to emails you receive from us by calling in at 855-217-5008 or simply responding to the email. Once your order ships, you will be emailed the tracking numbers.
3. Payment: WE DO NOT CHARGE YOUR METHOD OF PAYMENT - EVEN AFTER YOU CHECKOUT - UNTIL OUR WAREHOUSE CONFIRMS STOCK OF YOUR ORDER QUANTITIES. If an item is out of stock, we will delete that item from your order and process the remainder of your order. Please pay attention to emails from us, as we will alert you if we need more information, or if there is an issue processing any part of your order.
4. Returns: NO RETURNS OF MERCHANDISE CAN BE MADE UNTIL YOU CALL IN REGARDING THE RETURN. NO CLAIM, NOR REFUND, WILL BE CONSIDERED UNLESS MADE WITHIN 5 DAYS AFTER RECEIPT OF GOODS. Please call our office at 855-217-5008 for instructions on how to return items you ordered. If your order was not shipped accordingly, we will provide the return labels and pay for the return shipping. However, you will be responsible for return shipping charges when returning merchandise that was shipped as ordered. Please do not attempt to return merchandise in any other way, as it will be refused.
Merchandise accepted for return other than defective or wrong merchandise is subject to a 25% restocking fee. Shipping fees for orders shipped as ordered is NOT refundable. In the event you received merchandise defective or shipped incorrectly we will provide a return label.
5. ONE CASE of merchandise is equal to one item in your shopping cart.
