Terms Of Sale:

1. All shipments are F.O.B. our Brooklyn, New York warehouse.
2. Terms are prepaid unless open account terms have been approved by our credit department.
3. VISA, Discover, Mastercard, American Express, are only payments accepted via our website.
4. Paypal, Wire Transfer and approved online checks are accepted via telephone order.
5. Phone for details regarding direct import shipments and letter of credit payments
6. Order processing times are 3-10 business days, once shipped transit time is soley based on the carrier that is choosen.
7. Shipping charges varies by location, Typically shipping is 8%-12% of total order.
8. Claims for shortages, damages or defective merchandise must be reported within 5 days of receipt of order.
9. All returns have a 30 day processing time from when our warehouse logs in the returned merchandise.
10. Customer is Responsible For Shipping Costs When Returning Merchandise As Ordered. In the event your order was not shipped accordingly All Time Trading Will Provide Return Labels. Please do not attempt to return merchandise in any other way.      
11. THERE IS A 15% RESTOCKING FEE FOR ALL ORDERS SHIPPED AS ORDERED. PLEASE BE SURE YOU KNOW WHAT YOU ARE ORDERING BEFORE YOU MAKE A PURCHASE.
